ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to work through the tough stuff—faster, and without the emotional hangover of traditional therapy.
Virtual Counseling for California Residents
You’ve gotten really good at pretending you’re fine, but inside, you’re still stuck in what happened.
Your story doesn’t have to end in survival mode.
Picture life without the constant weight of trauma—where you're finally showing up as you again in your relationships, your career, your whole damn life… and you're excited for your future.
Using ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), we tackle the hard stuff with evidence-based techniques and guided eye movements—helping you release painful emotions, sensations, and triggers, fast and effectively.
With 20+ years of experience in mental health care, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside countless folks as they finally start loving their lives again.

Meet The Therapist
Hey, I’m Yoana Armendariz, LMFT
First-gen immigrant. Wife. Therapist. Professional multitasker (AKA mom).
I’ve been through my own mental health rollercoaster, so I get how hard it is to keep going when anxiety, trauma, or burnout are running the show.
That’s why I’ve built a space where you can show up exactly as you are (messy, tired, unsure—all welcome), work through the tough stuff, and actually start feeling like you again. Confident, whole, and excited for what’s next.
